We strongly recommend you put insurance on your alternator, this does cost extra $ it could save you a lot more in the long run.

If your alternator is damaged, lost or missing from the shipping package, Iraggi is NOT responsible to refund, or replace the alternator.

We will provide any service/repair needed and the customer will be responsible for all parts cost (we will not charge labor in this circumstance).

We can provide you with detailed instructions, via email, text or PDF, on the proper & most secure way of packing and shipping your alternator. Please don't hesitate to ask us

If Iraggi is shipping the alternator to you (customer) & it is damaged, lost or missing from the shipping package, the customer is NOT responsible for any charges & Iraggi will replace or repair the alternator at no cost
